About Us
Crowley Lake Campland

The story of Crowley Lake Campland is quite an interesting one. It's not your typical "about us" story. George & Lorraine O'Nan purchased the park because George loved the mountains and fishing and both he and Lorraine were tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city. They were ready for some fun and relaxation. Little did they know that their plan - to buy an RV park for a place to relax - would become such a bustling enterprise. George and Lorraine soon found themselves working more than fishing or relaxing and their get away rapidly began to get away. George, always a person to find solutions to problems, soon began putting up a NO VACANCY - GONE FISHING sign. So it went for 40 years. This allowed for the important fishing time which George lives for.

Now that time has moved on and George is not able to fish like he used to, Lorraine and George (note: this time it is Lorraine and George rather than George and Lorraine) have decided it is time to retire to their ranch back in Colorado. They can now spend some quality time with their brother and sisters .

This brings us to the present. As a result of George not allowing the park to be filled up with permanent residents over the years, I find myself with prime rental spaces available for a fortunate few. With the sale of Mammoth Mountain at $380,000,000 and the resulting influx of millions of dollars into local real estate development, Crowley Lake has become a prime focus of home building and Real Estate Investment. The problem is that available land is becoming very scarce.

Crowley Lake Campland is now in a strategic position to make an exclusive offer to people fortunate enough to be in this place in time, considering a move to or an investment in a home in Crowley Lake. There is only so much land available in Mammoth for real estate development and then people must turn to the surrounding areas to build. That brings us to Crowley Lake. Crowley Lake is the next town location to the town of Mammoth. Property values in Crowley have more than quadrupled over the last few years. Here is the good news: we have very spacious and attractive two-story log-cabin style park model homes available for home buyers. Most important of all - we have packaged rental spaces, including one of theses Park homes in a high demand area at the lowest price available.

Thank you for your interest in our park and our homes,

Darrell O'Nan (Son of George & Lorraine)
